Have a good time. 

The talk seems to indicate this may be the last Firebird race.
I don't know if you have been before, but it is an awesome place for dragboats with lots of history.
If things don't get worked out, it will be a loss for the dragboat community.

That rumor has been going around a lot.
I have heard they want to put a mall or resort there, but I hope it doesn't happen.
