What the hell is that assembly called.. It usually bolts on to the front, it stops the boat has a crank on it and the roller. Had a picture but couldn't get it to upload.

Weld up your own metal bracket. Get hand crank winch and a rubber bow stop. Got mine from Academy.

Don't know where you could get a ready made bracket from because all boats and trailers are different. Pretty much has to be made for both.

second that on Academy.. can get them at TSC also, they have boat trailer stuff (least this one here does), that's where I got my winch from.

X3, fab the bow stop, buy the winch and rubber parts for your design. If you are close to north dallas I can make one for you.  There is a metal shop on I30 that is fair and do great work. no billy bob crap, The shop is Joe Bell Welding, north side of I30 west of royse city, east of fate. 972-771-1988 is joe's.  Not to be confused with Joe's hitch and trailer, they could handle it but they are pricey, Pero trailers in Mckinney on 380 is decent. Hope that helps
