Another North Newbie

New here from the DFW area. Just Picked up a 73 Glastron CV19 for a winter project. Boat is gonna need the floor and stringers and motor done but almost all the origanl interior is there and in decent condition for the age.

Looking forward to getting on the lake next summer.

Thank you for the welcome guys. My plan is to be on Lavon and Texoma by next summer. It is an ambitious goal as this boat would have probably been cut up by most people. Right now I am making a detailed project list and hope to get the stringers and floor done this next month. That will give me the winter to deal with building a motor. She won't be the prettiest boat on the water but I will deal with the cosmetics down the line.

It was too cool to let it get neglected anymore. The paint looks good from 20ft but it was painted over the original gelcoat. As soon as I get back from vacation the project will officially start. I will try to get a thread started in the right section.
