Adding steering rudder to Place Diverter

Anybody done this before?

How do you remove the lower pivot pin to add a new one for a steering rudder?

Pin has a nyliner bushing and either has to be driven into or out of the snoot. 

Not sure which way to do it.  Hard to reach to drive out, looks easier to push or drive into nozzle?

Special tool?  :smile21:
