Pics are great. Like Cliff said, hope you got those stringers wrapped in glass before you buttoned the floor up.

Wow, nice work!! Did you fiberglass in your stringers?

Yep, glassed the runners in then used screws & liquid nails to fasten the deck to the runners. Got the deck glassed & sealed good using 3 gallons of resin.  Bought carpet today & replaced the rotted wood in the upholstery.  I got a great estimate from Lone Star Custom Upholstery ($950.00 & they supply the materials), but gotta wait a few weeks before I have the $$$ to get it re-upholstered.  As a temp fix I stapled the old upholstery back in place  on the new wood so I can put her in the water this weekend.  After working my ass off I'm ithcing to play a little bit!

Wife told me today I better get crackin... Once I flip mine back over, the floor is next. Then paint, the carpet and seats installed. I'm gonna put a bitchin little custom touch in my floor that will make everyone say... WOE, AWESOME!!

Where did you get your carpet from? I was going to order mine online to get some high end stuff, but if I could get it locally that would be great too.

I just got me some outdoor carpet from Home Depot.  Carpet, glue & trowel for $77.00. It's water proof, mold proof, UV resistant rated & with 3 gallons of resin sealing my deck I'm not worried about the water going through the carpet.  Home Depot DOES sell Marine carpet online. Just go to HomeDepot.com and do a search for Marine carpet - they have a pretty good selection but it ain't cheap.

Haven't made up my mind yet......Lake Lewisville is only 3 miles from home, but I'm thinking about Heading up to Wylie & checking out the lake there. think.gif

The lake closest to Wylie is Lake Lavon though Ray Hubbard isn't to far off either.
Lake Lavon sounds good - probably make it up there Saturday.  Upholstery is back together (old vinyl on top of the new wood until I have the $$$ for the new interior).  All I like is getting the gas tank installed, laying the carpet & bolting the seats back in then I'm lake bound!

Like day after tomorrow Saturday? The winds are forecast to be 22mph out of the south around here on Saturday and 21mph from the south on Sunday......not a good day to be testing on the lake for sure......but if you insist!! lol.

Where is Cliff and what did you do to him?????  He would never discourage anyone from taking their boat to the lake.  Rain, Sleet Snow or Wind.  You must be an impostor.  think.gif

Lewisville will probably be worse!! Lake Worth has hills around it and is close to you Jody. Your boat should be fine on that lake with the thru transom exhaust.
