i am listing my sanger hydro, it is 18' it is a two seater powered by a 468 bbc, i beam rod, flat top pistons, 270h hydraulic cam, 7/16 pushrods,harlan sharp 1.7 roller rockers,high volume oil pump,9 qt. oil pan,two 750 dp sitting on a tunnel ram,msd distributor, along with a msd coil,and msd 6Al box, exhaust is a set of water injected bassett headers with removable baffles,, the casale v-drive is a 12 degree, which was just gone thru by beaverfab inc. covington ,tx. it has 15% gears in it. Prop is a ron braaksma fat cleaver specifically designed for this boat. brand new throttle cable and steering cable.this boat has outboard steering, brand new bilge pump installed.the boat sits on a tandem axle trailer with four new tires installed. 6000.00 turnkey 727-871-3094

i have had some money issues come up with my ex, she apparently hasnt paid her car note in the last two months, and the credit union knows they can get up with me and are threatening to repo my truck  because they want to repo her car, i have explained to them that we aint married but since both cars were bought thru the same credit union they say they can come get my truck, so i am trying to pay off my truck.

Are the notes tied together .... did you cosign for the car....sell her car and pay the note off.

light layup on liberator, yes i co signed, and they are seperate loans at the same bank.

that's horse shit,  they can't do a damn thing,  other than ask you to catch up the delinquent payment,  the truck as nothing to do with that loan

They can't touch your truck.  Contact a lawyer.  :wink:  Real property was addressed in your divorce decree.

That sucks Randall .. But like everyone posted . They can come after you for the back payment since you co-signed the note for the ex wife , but your truck can not be touched unless it is tied in with the same note and it does not sound like it is ..


Hope you can keep the Boat ..

You got to love them 8.00 hr making bill collectors and the EX..  Glad you got it taken care of Randal  But as you know they cant DO CHIT except get the car and TRY to threaten you with all kinds of lies and BS..
