Anybody done this before? How do you remove the lower pivot pin to add a new one for a steering rudder? Pin has a nyliner bushing and either has to be driven into or out of the snoot.  Not sure which way to do it.  Hard to reach to drive out, looks easier to push or drive into nozzle...

Considering one of two 18' Carrera jet boats with American turbine pumps. Just stock lake boats for beer drinking, sun tanning. Can someone tell about these boats in general. They look like well made machines but have been playing with v drives so not in the know about jets, need a family...

Anyone know anything about this style of hull.  Nose drive, right hand prop., must have been early K boat setup.  Any thing especially diffent about these boats compared to regular runner bottom?  Any special concerns for changing one from a SBC to BBC? Thanks
