We had a great time! Never unloaded a boat, it was cold and windy but the fellowships and food were amazing. The owner of the park wants to host a hot boat get together for us in the future. This is twice that the owner and park people have brought it up to me.

Yes the lake has a restaurant and bar also the marina serves a great sausage gravy with biscuit! Just found out the park is completely booked on Thanksgiving weekend.

No I’ve never seen them out that time of year. We ran our race boat on the lake back in September with no issue.

What brand of pump is it? I’ve always had it leak out from the pickup till it gets pretty much level with the pump. When we decided to put it in an enclosed trailer, I put a valve on it so it wouldn’t soak the hauler trailer.

There is absolutely none. No gains no losses. I tested this theory on a dyno years ago. On a race deal, where your changing jets, it’s way easier to pull the bowls when they are mounted sideways.

Well after a hiatus we are getting the Color Me Gone ready to get back on the track to run a limited schedule. Our first race will be in Decatur, Illinois June 8-9.
