Unable to post with attachments

This week I've been trying to post a new thread in the East section and add some pics as attachments and it's not working.  I've tried a few at one time and just one pic at a time, and on two different computers.  Each time it tells me that it has timed out and that i left the subject and topic empty, but I didn't.  Anyone else hagving trouble? or am I doing something wrong?  Thanks for any help

That usually means that the files are too large. Try resizing them and it will probably work.

Same same, I even resized the pic and it would just time out??
