I bet you could put some pretty serious gouges in the fiberglass if you didn't have it set perfectly . No way I would want that thing near my boat .

Hey thats pretty damn cool! I can see where in certain situations that would be the ticket! For in stance...i bought a tx19 that the gel was spider cracked over the whole boat! I sold it after spending a week tryin to sand it down to bare glass without making it wavy. This tool would have made the job a breeze. Now in the wrong hands...yeah you'd have a helluva mess!!! :smile30:

It seems to work on flat surfaces, but how many flat surfaces are there on most boats?  Mine has very few, if any.
