Question for the engine builders

I have a Targetmaster crate 350 that I am thinking about warming up a little before putting it in the Glastron. I have a fresh set of old school 202 camel hump heads laying around that I am thinking about throwing on along with a cam swap. The cam is pretty mild because it will be going through factory exhaust and probably the prop. The cam is a Hydraulic flat tappet Comp Cam Marine number 12-232-3. It has 447/462 lift and 212/218 duration @ .050. I just got the heads back from being checked out at the machine shop and with specs of the cam the spring pressure is at 100lbs @ 1.765 closed and 330lbs @1.303 open if I am reading his notes right.  Do you think this is too much for a hydraulic flat tappet cam or will it be ok? I don't really want to change the springs but I don't want to flatten the cam either. Opinions?
