REALLY.........WHY??????  think.gif  :grin:  Actually I did too! I loved that boat but the wife hated it and she is not thrilled about  the Cole I am building now either. I told her that was ok because I didn't buy it for her!! LOL!!!!  :grin:

First boat 17' invader with 65 Mercury,Then I rode in a buddy's 18' Taylor,
Bought a 75 Kona Makia 18' with Olds, and reamed that that motor for 2 years. Great starter boat.
Ordered a 76 Jetstar with custom paint (Ontario Orange to match my 70 Corvette) company folded and took delivery of a hull less motor.  Put in a 454 jetpac from Indmar Marine. Boat was never right,(probably too much Beer and Weed in the build process) sold it and order a solid black Southwind.  Beautiful boat on the trailer, really sucked as a lake boat, couldn't even sit  in the seats with wet towels, it was sooo HOT.  Sold it and ordered a Wriedt Stinger with a roller 468. 
This is getting lengthy so I cut to the chase:
18 Wriedt Maverick, 454 Berkley lake layup
18 Wriedt Maverick, 468 Berkley light layup
73 Hondo flat with 427 sideoiler Ford, crashed the boat and sold the motor for twice what I paid for the boat.
18 Biesmier jet with 427 Chevy (Great boat!)
18 shovel nose Canyon hydro Hemi gearbox 396 Chevy.
1976 Taylor SJ 455 olds
1975 Taylor SS 468 roller motor
21 Sleekcraft SST 454 Chevy (one of 5 race hulls built by Sleekcraft)
1985 Liberator Picklefork (current project on THB website)
and "Plan B" 21' Glastron daycruiser with 460 Ford.

1978 Glastron CVX-20 BBF converted to LSX
1976 18' Enforcer BBF
1971 Glastron CV-16 with a Merc 150 Tower of Power.

Hmm well that's 50% of those listed.  With the one being parted out now being used as a playground for some kids. And since we all know that the CJ hasn't seen a lake since at or before 1985, it's still a boat just is needing to get splashed.  I need to  hurry.gif and git er dun
