Boat Washing

I pullled the boat out of the garage and washed her up. For the last few years she has been outside. Although she was covered, the oak trees and birds take their toll. I used some Attwood Black Streak Remover and Marine Raider Hull Wash from Academy. That stuff works. If you have stains from leaves, trees, outside storage marks this stuff will do the job. Boat looks new again. Just make damn sure you dont have any cuts on your hands before using it!!

Oh, I also changed the lower unit fluid and impeller.

I washed my boat a while back and then used some Maguires spray wax.
This stuff is great, it makes a high gloss shine, but there is one draw back........

This stuff is slicker than snot on a glass door knob. 

You have to be careful about walking on the front deck or sitting on any part that has been waxed........... You slide right off

Megurires is good stuff.

I have used that Marine Polish with Teflon in it before. DO NOT put it where you will walk. Like wearing ice skates.
