I bought a spray can of that Protect a Clear and paid 40 bucks to get it to the house. When I go to use it I find out that all this stuff is is butyrate dope.  What a rip off. This can be bought for 13 dollars a quart, that's right a QUART. All these people did was relabel a can of clear dope...

Does anybody have any experience with the Big Daddy's hulls. Are they good solid lake boats? Do they run fairly straight when the throttle is backed off quickly? I had a Earl Smith Texas Tunnel that was fond of U-turns if the throttle was chopped.
